Does the price go up if I book tonight for tomorrow?

No. US$32 for the Express and US$30 for the Classic, today, tomorrow or a month ahead. There is no card surcharge and no “late booking fare” either.

Is there a discount for booking several people?

On the shared tour the price is per person and does not drop with the group. From 8 people the private tour works out at US$90 per person with the 14 Inkas lunch, and from 5 it is usually the best balance of price and comfort.

At the office, yes, at the day’s exchange rate. Online the charge is in dollars through WeTravel. The entrance fees, on the other hand, are always paid in soles.

What does the included lunch cover and what changes with the upgrades?

Rustica is an Andean and Peruvian buffet in Urubamba, 50 minutes, included in the base price. 14 Inkas (+US$4) is the most chosen; Don Ángel (+US$15) and Tunupa (+US$20) are restaurants with gardens and more variety. The upgrade is a fixed amount, the same on all four departures.

Is there a children’s fare?

Ask on WhatsApp with the ages before paying; we confirm the fare that applies and whether the student Tourist Ticket applies.

Why is the price the same as on the operator’s other websites?

Because they are the same buses and the same departures. A different price for the same seat would be misleading someone. What changes here is the angle: booking today to leave tomorrow.

How much the Sacred Valley tour costs: 16 prices, the same today as for tomorrow

Why the Express costs US$2 more and ending in Ollantaytambo US$1 less

The Express adds two sites, Maras and Moray, and an extra hour of day: it leaves at 6:20 am and returns at 7 pm. The versions ending in Ollantaytambo do not include the ride back to Cusco, which is why they take a dollar off. Everything else is identical on the four departures: bus, certified guide, group of 17–18 and buffet lunch.

Why US$30 and not US$25?

At the street agencies in Cusco you will see the Sacred Valley for US$25 or less. It is usually the same route, and the difference is what the sign does not say: the lunch (sometimes not included, sometimes a set menu instead of the buffet), the group size (bigger buses), the real time at each site and who answers if something goes wrong. Our US$30 includes the buffet, a group of 17–18 at most and an operator with an office, a tax number and a GERCETUR licence you can message 24 hours a day. It is not the cheapest Sacred Valley tour; it is the one that tells you the full price before you pay.
